The guys that came out to the house were very professional and knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed and pleased with the service.

They came an tested inside an at the time could not get under my house to test where the water is standing. I was told by Josh (very rude) that "well when its dry enough call an i will send someone out to test because we need to test under there for sure" so when called to let them know it was dry Josh (rude again) says "well thats irrelevant at this point an i cant just send people out when you call" so basically they just blew me off. I DO NOT recommend using this company. Please find another place to use. In my opinion Josh needs to find a new job not dealing with the public becayse he is going to run customers away not bring them in. He straight up changed stories from 1 conversation to the next. Not good business.

Kim and her team, Jay and Brittney, were outstanding. They were completely professional and very kind to us in a difficult situation. We asked many questions and they always attempted to provide an answer. Every item that was packed out was returned,, undamaged and thoroughly cleaned. I live in the Nashville area and my mother called from Tri-cities area after her finished basement was flooded due to a lot of storms and rain. I called PuroClean of Tri-Cities and they responded immediately. Feeling helpful from being so far away, this company stepped up and took great care of my mom and the water damage. Great quality service, exceptional customer service as well. So glad I called this company out of all of them in the area! Highly recommend!

Great employees! These wonderful people really cared for us and getting the job (cleaning up after a kitchen fire) completed to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. I could not have asked for better service. They also worked with with us and our insurance company getting everything covered that should have been. Recommend this company 100%. We will use them again if the need ever arises.
